I just got off the phone with one of my clients, a bank vice president, no less. She has been trying to send me a file via e-mail, but she keeps getting an error that the message is undeliverable. I read off my e-mail address to her again, and she read it back to me verbatim. Then she says, "That's www, right?"

She was trying to send the message to www.myemail@myISP.com.

I saw someone do something similar recently. He put http://myemail@mycompany.com for his email address.

hey as long as she is a vice president/upper management, then its ok. she gets her 6 figure salary, but she can't do email. makes sense to me

Yeah and I need to find the guy who thought that making F9 refresh and F5 lock in Lotus Notes is....I tend to lock my notes atleast a couple times a week checking for new mail....I've been using this client for over a year now btw.

I have the same problem with Ctrl+Q between Outlook and Thunderbird. It quits Thunderbird, but for some asinine reason it's "Mark as read" in Outlook.
