omg help

so i came to my parents today to stay for the summer. they have time warner houston's 3 in 1 package (phone, net, cable) all on 1 box. anyway...

-from the modem to my parent's computer works fine (thus how i am typing this)
-it DOES NOT work behind my linksys befsr41 router or my netgear mr814v2 router
-my computer cant connect to the net when connected directly to the modem
-my computer cant connect behind either router

ive tired rebooting, resetting both routers, resetting the modem. ive asked people, im about to give up.

does anyone have any ideas i may have overlooked?

i really need help🙁

PS: It's not working because the network card's MAC address in your parent's PC is the only address registered with timewarner. kthxbye

Yep, try getting the router to clone the MAC address from your parents' network card.
