I don't think there are any exposed circuit traces on the edge of the "green PCB thingie" where you spilled the AS5. The main thing is that you didn't get it contaminating the pin-sockets for the processor, or the LGA contacts (depending on what type of processor we're talking about.)
Get a magnifying glass, some Q-tips and 99% isopropyl alcohol and clean up the mess.
AS5 is non-conductive but it is nevertheless capacitive. You can double-check that, but I think it's in the TIM's specs. You are advised to keep it from bridging two or more exposed circuit traces, leads, solder-joints etc.
This is like I can "read your mind." We worry much about these sorts of accidents and the uncertain effect they may have. Unless you got that stuff into crevices and recesses where the "bridging" can occur, you should be able to clean it up and avoid any troubles.
