OMG Help w/ RAID 0 :(

Okay, here's the deal:

I just got my system in, Athlon64 3000+ on a Chaintech nForce3 mobo (the one reviewed here).

I installed my DVD burner on IDE1, and IDE0 is left empty. I have two SATA drives, Seagate 160GBers. Using the RAID utility I created a 298GB RAID0 array.

Fast forward .... I use the Windows XP CD and boot off it. I don't have any drivers for the RAID on a floppy, but Windows fnds te drives fine. However here's my first question: Does RAID 0 come up as one drive or two to Windows? Because in my configuration, there are two drives listed. Four, actually...

First, I have lsted an 'Unknown Disk' two times. It says underneath that "There is no disk in this drive". Again, there are two of these drives detected:
Unkown Disk
<There is no disk in this drive>
Unkown Disk
<There is no disk in this drive>

Next, it lists two hard drives in the right sizes. However, it lists them on the same ID:
"152626MB Disk 0 at ID 0 on atapi [MBR]"
"152626MB Disk 0 at ID 0 on atapi [MBR]"

So I'm GUESSING that it's picking my RAID0 array up properly?

Please let me know, since I am really confused and want to get set up by 1am tonight 🙂

Okay some additional information... I got the drivers off the website for th RAID controller on my mobo and used them at pre-install for Windows. Windows loads up, but still shows two HDs on the same Disk 0 at ID 0.

Does this mean they are raided in 0?
