Omg guys friking help me plz!

I bet most of you remember that deal thing they had going on for the WD 120gig hard drive they had going on at dell some weeks ago. They sent out emails to everyone that ordered telling them that they can not ship their order till Dec 20 or something and unless you reply to the email saying that you want the HD still, they will cancel it. So today I get a mail from Dell saying that they charged me 200 dollars for the hard drive. They said that it is by law that they cancel my order unless I reply to them allowing the waiting period. Wtf is this? I don't want this HDD anymore because of their BS delay in shipping. Anyone in the same situation? Argh sorry if this was hard to read, Im really pissed right now.

I didn't...now they are charging me for the drive and I get a letter today saying that the HD is on the way to my house. WTF

Wait and see. Dell is messed up sometimes. Last time I ordered a cable lock for my laptop, I got an email from them saying the shipping would be delayed for a month and it showed the item I orded was DELLWARE. WTF. But the cable lock arrived two days after. WTF again. Call them to make sure what's going on.

B1tch to the CSR and get a return form as well as payment back for shipping.

Dell does this. I remember back in the day for witht he Radeon 8500 deal. Same exact e-mail, don't reply and your order will be canceled.... reply, allowing the delay, and it will ship. So I don't want it anymore and don't reply. A few weeks later, I find out they charged me and I got the package a few days later. WTF! I decided to keep it to avoid the hassle, but it was beyond my needs so I sold it in the FS/FT forum for pretty much the same price I bought it for.
