despites the obvious flaws like mediocre (at best) graphics and crashes....i have a blast...i WISH i had fraps on for what just happened 🙂

Sometimes i just like to jack some car and go on a ride.

Hop on the freeway towards the airport....push the pedal all the way down and race like a maniac.

Right before the airport tunnel, in the middle of the freeway is this little ramp-thing.

I race toward it (too late to break anyway).....and of course i FLYYYY up in th sky like a maniac....cam goes in cinematic mode and slow motion 🙂

I come down...and crash right into oncoming traffic, a big truck right in front of me.

Somehow i got out of the car which is on fire now. BIG ACCIDENT.

Heavy traffick is coming...and noone is able to stop. Crashes right into the burning car. Truck is on fire too, now.

car explodes.

Truck explodes.

I run on the other side of the freeway.

More cars bumping in this scene, HUGE mass pile-up on the freeway.

I hear sirens.

Cops are coming on bikes. One truck tries to push itself thru the whole mess, squeezeing the cop on the bike....flames all around.

Cops start shooting at random people.

Chaos...explosions...more explosions 🙂

People fighting and screaming. Occasional shots fired.

Too bad i ended all of it in being to close to one of the piled-up cars.

A huge truck explodes...and i am wasted 🙂


just a normal day in san andreas, i was not even on a mission 🙂

wow sounds like my kind of game, massive chaos and a unkown well being of self fortitude of chaos and bizarre cinematic like accidents and events which confuse and strain and cause chaos and more chaos and death screaming yelling death blood pile ups explosions and more screaming and the choas.

I play the game, but sheese the AI doesn't even exist. I can deal with the poor graphics, but if this game had good AI, it would totally own. I hate how sometimes I'll be actually trying to do a mission, and for no reason I get the cops on my ass. I tend to not do missions, just getting distracted and end up fighting people and just causing chaos.

 
The best thing I ever saw was a video of a guy who jumped an ATV off of a ramp somewhere and got nailed by a plane in mid air. That was insanely cool, as the plane just happened to be randomly flying by at that point.
 
I absolutely loved GTA:SA, no beef with the graphics either. I think I completed something like 96% of the game.

well this looks interesting, the gameplay patch at least with the additional "action".

Interesting since all this is obviously already in the game, but just censored and this patch just sets the "uncensor" flag and unlocks it 🙂

Here another example of "teh irony"..what is wrong with that picture ?

Shooting other people and saying the F, N and S words is ok. Shooting cops is ok so is robbing, car jacking and whatever 🙂

But they censor out the SEX scenes......come on rockstar...we all know that nioone under 18 should even touch this game anyway 🙂


 
Since GTA3, this has been my favorite game franchise of all time. That chaos is what I live for. When you get the army after you (at least in VC, haven't had it happen in SA yet) then the real fun begins.

In the PC game of Motocross Madness 2, there was a course that had a quarry in the middle and a train that circled the perimeter.

I was racing along the outside landscape doing tricks and made this huge jump toward the tracks when the train came along and BAM!!! wiped me out in mid-air!!!!:Q

I honestly fell out of my chair laughing.:laugh:

Great game. Don't know why M$ let the franchise die instead of continuing on Xbox?
 

People have different tastes I guess. I played GTA 3 and never got past a few hours of playing on liberty Island. I thought the gameplay was pretty boring. In fact the *only* redeeming thing to me was the driving aspect..... The graphics of the environment from a distance (horizon stuff) were ok, but everything else sucked IMO. All that beating people and what not was ok, but for me it was just another chance to get myself another ride.....to go driving again and get chased by the cops...........

I loved the Motocross Madness series (MM2 moreso that MM1). :thumbsup:

Rainbow (the developer of the MCM games) did release a game called MX Unleashed Xbox that has drawn mediocre reviews. Too bad - the original games were awesome.

Go play GTA:III or VC.

The AI/everything in SA is heaps and bounds better.

anybody tried this patch yet? it looks fairly amusing from the video but i don't want to install some crap thats going to mess up the stability of the game.

so far this game has been great, 1 freeze but i think i messed that up by saving with a cheat on. this game is a ton of laughs. i never played the others on a pc, just the ps2 but i think its fantastic.

yes...but i only installed the patch which clears the "censor" flag...the gameplaypatch. I didnt mess with the othe rmod where you have to change files. dont wanna screw up everything and i for sure do NOT want to restart from scratch.
