Would make bathroom trips just a tad more interesting, and cost of printing on toilet paper would be completely offset with the money advertisers would pay the toiler paper people. The exposure would be amazing, considering how many people use public toilets on a daily basis, I know I'd definitely give it some attention if I'm sitting in a toilet for a long time.
Toilet paper companies would charge more if ads are in places like Taco Bell, where consumers will likely spend longer amounts of time in..and you can classify the ads according to demographics, e.g. a fancy seafood restaurant will advertise Mercedes and Rolexes, while a rundown fastfood Chinese place will have..chopstick advertising or something.
