He bought the non pro version!! What a sucker. How could anyone go for the Sound Blaster Audigy 2 ZS Platinum and not the Sound Blaster Audigy 2 ZS Platinum Pro?? What the heck is wrong with people now a days? I can't belive he made such a stupid mistake.

The regular ZS is just a sound card, the Platinum has a 5.25" drive bay panel, the Platinum Pro has a standalone (external) panel. Plat & Plat Pro come with remote controls.
