OMG, did you see the play in Browns-Dolphins game?

Browns QB threw the ball 60 yards in the air and it got intercepted. Then miami defender tried returning the ball, fumbled it. Miami got the fumble, the guy who recovered returned it 5 yards and fumbled again. Miami got it again and then THE GUY FUMBLED AGAIN and this time Browns got it. So interception and 3 fumbles later Browns still have the ball 26 yards deeper.

It was two fumbles and one lateral.

And they gained 26 yards on the play, not 50.

is the game on the line ? Don't they teach those guys to just pounce on it and end the play in their favor ? You'd think they'd learn even after the 1st fumble...

Sam Madison bobbled the lateral catch for a bit, but it doesn't make it a fumble.

Wasn't maddison the guy who intercepted the ball? I thought he dropped it on the ground and then picked it up - I'll have to check when they show the replay. I was laughing too hard to pay attention.

This game made me sad, watching these people and knowing that it's likely many of them won't have jobs come next season.

Then I remembered they make several million a year.
