so it still freezes when using default speed, correct?
what videocard & driver version are you using?
This is could be a symptom of a virtual device driver not
initialising properly.
You can pinpoint what file is at fault by booting with
a log file - press F8 at boot and choose boot with
BOOTLOG.TXT. When it freezes reset and boot into
DOS and type edit c:\bootlog.txt and the last file in the
initialisation stage will be the culprit.
You can get an evaluation copy of a great utility for repairing
virtual device driver problems/registry problems etc. at
easydesk software. It is call RegRepair 2000.
Visit http:\\www.easydesksoftware.com and take a look
at their download page. They have loads of troubleshooting
utilities.
hope that helps!

Varborta:
Don't try and overclock right off the bat. Get the system loaded and stable, then overclock. You need to take care of the basics first.

The original K7T Pro does not allow multiplier adjustments.

How the heck are you going to overclock?

YOu needa mother board that support overclocking VIA multiplier adjustments. Like the K7T pro2 or the Kt7 turbo. And you will not go very far with bus overclocking either. You might hit 110 Mhz, maybe 114.

um, guys I think you are missing the point.
Yes, K7tpro dont do multipler thing However, the pencil would do it.

I did it manually, its pain in the ass I know. I made it multiplier 10*100 fsb

And, I had been using it default 800mhz for half a year now and it is very fine. Just now I got the new Taisol HSF thats why I hop on the O/C club.

And, like I was said from my original post I am very dissappointed and shocked it cant even successfully boot into windows I need some help please.
