Today, I got a phone call from not only Laura Bush, but also Rudy Guliani. Wow, I wish I would've voted for Bush last Friday. Their messages really touched my heart. The Neo-cons must be jealous!

I told my wife to save the messages for after the pugs lose, but she'd already hit the delete key.

I saw my first political commercial of the '04 race today

not living in a swing state makes me feel left out... before today, I'd only ever seen political commercials when they were being discussed/analyzed on Meet the Press.

That's right! I had forgotten about that. Still though, he sounded pretty fanatical in the recording...it's not often you meet intelligent fanatics, at least in my experience.

Uh, I've had Barbara Streisand, Robert Redford, Caroline Kennedy, Ted Kennedy, President Clinton, and I think I had Senator Graham but the message was garbled. I also got a solicitation for Bush this evening, which is the first time I've heard from the President's people. Wierd timing....

I guess this means I should expect a cabinet appointment? Uh, no, I don't want the medicine cabinet.

Well I got a call here in NJ from Mrs. Edwards . I was waiting for the sweety Laura aka "The Notorious NBL" Bush to give me a call, but no such luck. Oh well

I've gotten at least 3 from the Prez, one from Clinton, and tonight I found that Arnold Schwarzenegger had called my house.

As for tv, living in Ohio has made tv watching a pure political hell. You can't listen to the radio either. I'm so glad I have dvd's and cd's. Hurry up Nov 3rd, get her fast. I'm on the last disc of Angel Season 4.

The National Do Not Call Registry only applies to telemarketers. Charities and political organizations are exempt.

I live in Ohio. All the political phone calls got so bad I unplugged my phone for two days. Trust me, you arent missing much.
