ATI has Spyware now? Can anyone confirm this, I was planning on ordering a ATI card tonight...

It probably has all those X-10 popup ads stored inside the .exe so that way you don't have to worry about visiting a website to see the popups, you can see them anytime.
 
Is this "bad" spyware or just something like ads?

just wondering, planning on ordering a ATI card soon...

False Alarm

Myself and another forumite (thanks) have concluded that the ATIX10.exe file is in fact, a remote control driver and program.

Sorry if I have deterred anyone from purchacing one of ATi's fine products.

My bad.
