Why would you pay that much for Peanut Butter? How much does Apple charge for jelly?

I already have one PC desktop and one PC notebook. Thanks but no thank, FYI, I used to sell PC notebook/desktop for living. Anyone knows why sudden price drop? Furthermore, how's the financing from Apple?

DAMNIT I saw this thread and thought they had cut prices today, 7/10/03. I got too excited and went there only to see that they were the same price as last month :( One time when bumping old threads = bad

Adobe recently announced they were dropping support for Apple which is huge. My theory, Apple realizes they have to sell a lot more computers thereby creating a larger consumer base in order to not lose any more software companies and try to (possibly) get Adobe back.

Link? Damn, that's pretty big. Adobe is not going to make any more products for the mac?

I'm not so sure Apple could survive without PhotoShop.

I thought it was just Premier that they were going to stop making for the mac. I think they said Apple was making a product for it instead.

Nah, Adobe just can't compete against FCP with Premire. They're still making a killing and then some with Photoshop, and their other apps that are already on OS X.
