OMG: A Keyboard Revolution !

I too purchased an Enermax Aurora; this is my third day using it. Having read many reviews about it, I wasn't positive I would like it (purchased by mail) so I also purchased a cheapo keyboard.

My typing speed is way up! The scissor key technology feel is great, though being an old keyboard banger, I'm still getting used to it. Looks great, but that's not why I bought it (I really don't care what my keyboard looks like.)

A few annoyances. The USB ports are only 1.1 though I have not tried them and have no desire to use them anyway. Also, the Caps, Num and Scroll lock lights bleed in to each other. Hope it lasts!

I Agree.

Its the best keyboard that I ever used...
I cant see what if the "good" with the other k.board.

I'll either have my G15, or a mechanical click kb. Now if they would make a G15-b, and have it have mechanical / tactile click... I'd be in heaven.

Price? $65.-70. at the Egg. They have some instant savings and rebates going on now. I'll take an Ultra-X or a Benq X-switch keyboard for under $20. any day.

.bh.

I'm curious, since I'm rather sloppy, and my desk is also my dining table, I like keyboards will spill proof design and keys that can be easily popped off and on for cleaning. Looking at the picture of the scissor key design makes me wonder if it would be that easy.

I like my cheap knockoff of an ergonomic keyboard (Pacific Research or Digital Research or something). It was under $30, and had better placement of keys than MS. Also, I can use the numeric keys as media player keys. There is nothing out there as good and cheap on the market today. I know it saved me from carpal tunnel a few years back.

looks pretty cool to me

nice overall look doesn't go up with my setup though

has usb on the side for maybe a mouse, keyboard, maybe headphones
audio on the top for headphones or mic most likley

I like it

It would probably go well with a Lian Li aluminum case that brushes aluminum would match pretty well.

edit: I would not call it a revolution though
