I went and got another filling today on my upper left mollar. The novacaine is wearing off and it hurts soo fvcking bad. MAKE IT STOP AAAAAGGGGGGGGGHHHHHHHHH!!!!!!!!!!!!!

In that case, lets use a natural herbal remedy.

Take 2 grams white widow. light and inhale deeply. hold. release. repeat untill unconcious.

I had a root canal done with just novocaine and no pain killers after.

I dont know what it is about this stuff but after it wears off it hurts like fvcking crazy. It feels like I have been clenching my jaw for 20 days. I want to take a hammer to my face. Its been like this the last three hours and the same thing happened the last time I got a filling on an upper mollar. NEVER AGAIN!!!!!

Me too, not a problem. Just for some reason the upper mollars fvcking kill me. KILL MEEE OW OW OW OW OWO WWWWWWWW!!!!!
 
Seek out your nearest drug-store (read bar) and ask the pharmacist (bartender) for a cool-pack and painkillers (beer - lots of beer)

Actually, I do know what you mean. It's not the pain from the filling it muscle soreness in your jaw. I had the same issue when I had a root canal done. Grab some aleve and choke them down with some water.
