I sent these c**ksuckers my videocard back two weeks ago to get it replaced! I called a week ago to see if it had shipped and they said it was going to ship that night, which was Thursday. I called today to see what the delay was and to see if I could get a tracking #. The person I spoke with said that the card hasn't even shipped and they don't have any in stock. Ok...now I'm pissed... I went off on a bit of a rant and hung up on the totally incompitant tek support guy. I then called back ten minutes later and spoke with someone else. Now he told me that the card did ship and that it was supposed to be here on the 10th. He took my phone number and said he would find what's going and call me back in a little bit with a UPS tracking #. It's now 5 hours later and still no call. I'm now on hold with one of the tek support guys, who seems to be a lot smarter BTW, and he is going to check on it for me...(hold music: 10 minutes total). Ahh, he says they have a card ready for me and he is going to talk with shipping right now to check on it. Which confirms that it never shipped. He took my number and said he would call me back within a half an hour. This is gonna be so much fun...
