TSS: oh, ok.
Vet: Yeah, so...just thought you should know.
TSS: no problemo.
*hangs up*
TSS: So the dog has E. Coli, huh?
TSS: OMGWTFBBQ!!!!!!

lol, it was a message and they said anti biotic can cure it but wanted to know what you guys think. I though E.coli is super dangerous

Okay, now that makes at least some sense, not that it really matters. This is ATOT after all, and making sense has never been one of its strong suits. 😀

 
i am sorry to hear that but...

Why would you get a call from the vet, let him tell you that your dog has ecoli and then hang up and ask a online forum if its life threatening or harmful

Considering that you are exposed to E. Coli everyday of you life, as is everybody, it can't be that bad. It is dangersous if ingested in large quanitities, such as from tainted water. The danger is from deyhydration. It is very easy to treat. It's only deady for those exposed to sufficient quantites when not treated, or not treated in time, or when the afflicted suffers some other condition that weakens the immune systems.
