Its based about 1/3 on Nortel. This company was expected profits (I think it was) of $7.5 billion. Instead it made only $7.2, but its shares went up a penny more than expected. As a result the TSE itself dropped about 8% just overnight! WTF, I guess it will bounce back up but still....
