Cig breaks. :D

Yes, she cheated several times over the years. Those are the worse issues.

I'm still moving. Can't back out now...

Let me guess. The kids (BTW, great pic of your daughter (I assume) surfing) kept you from leaving?

that woulda been a deal breaker for me...after someone cheats on you, how can you ever trust them again? and if you cant trust someone...well, a relationship is kinda pointless imho

Yeah, my wife and I already have an understanding that if one of us cheats on the other it is over.

so do me and my gf

Such cases justify wife beating. "Do what I tell you to do and stop asking so damn many question, woman!" *back hand slap*

I think she is being bitchy because she has to leave her current lover...

You should get a divorce before she moves to Colorado with you.

I agree with this guy. She apparently is hiding some thoughts that is resulting in rage towards you. Maybe she's mad at you for having to move, or maybe you're separating her from a secret lover.

Well dude...sit down and have a talk with her and as painful as it is, ask her if she's alright with the move. It's better to find out now than later unless you're just wanting to get there and deal with it. I'd try to resolve it ASAP though and not put it off.

Good luck with everything... If things are meant to be, they'll work out. If not, no worries...there are plenty of desperate women out there looking to score. (just don't look for them on ATOT...you don't want them to be THAT desperate) ;)

For this to come up indicates insecurity already.

I would look at cheating as the least threat in an adult relationship.

Also you have to look at the reason for cheating...if someone thinks they can withhold in the bedroom indefinitely without recourse they are idiotic.

Actually I'm making that up for us. However, we do have friends who have taken that stance. I was shocked, thinking it must be because we're in the south. BTW their marriage is not good...but then most of the couples we know have fairly consistent marriage problems. I'm willing to put odds on that more than half of marriages--even fairly new ones--suck in a lot of ways.

I was going to jump the gun and say "WOW..pussy control" but then I read the last paragraph

Errrr....no it doesn't. It indicates a couple that talks with each other about damn near everything and let's each other know that shenanigans will not be tolerated.

Your statement made about as much sense as the time someone told us that the only reason we went out of town and on mini-vacations so much was because we were insecure in our relationship. Uhhh, no. We liked to go out and have fun.

In situations like this I usually use my time honored tactic of cutting all communication completely. The alternative is rampant screaming. When she sees what having no fvcking idea what is going on is like, she'll hopefully come to her senses.

I thought you would give her a beatdown. ;)

Leave her there with a pillow and a blanket. And jars of peanut butter and jelly.
That way she cannot complain that she had been abandoned.

It's exactly that. Insecurity and redundancy. It's akin to promising to marry each other 'one day'.

Going out and having fun apart should always happen...there should never be a question of 'are you planning on cheating?'

If it even needs to be said, unless totally coming from an open relationship then it smacks of 'I don't think we are really going to last'.
