My grandpa was not pleased either. My dad won't talk about it.

A few more years before I get to experience the joy myself.

I'm failing at inferring what this thread is about. Surprisingly googling "peg-350" isn't helpful.

PEG-350 is the "Technical" name for Epsom Salts.
I have to use Epsom Salts occasionally to "clean myself out". (My Spinal Stenosis makes my bowels sluggish)
Of course it is guaranteed sterile & medical grade, but that's some super expensive laxative!

Oh eyh, They removed a few polyps and said there was one that was huge they think might be cancerous.

Probably the affects of the drugs.

I hope everything turns out OK for you with the biopsy.

Yeh. It was supposed to be a 30 minute procedure and took 2 hours when they took the polyps out. I assume they had to do something to keep me knocked out. I don't remember how I got home..

After doin some reading today it looks like I may have dodged a bullet. The doc say I need to get probed every 2 years now regardless of the results of the biopsy.

Well I hear that the prep is far worse than the actual colonoscopy.

This was my experience. Felt like absolute hell leading up to it from the no eating plus the combination of Pico-Salax and Dulcolax. At the procedure itself they pumped me full of anaesthetic, so I was babbling about pinball to the doctor before passing out, then I woke up in the recovery area no worse for wear and not remembering anything.

No desire to go through the prep again, that's for sure. D:

OMFG.

The Dr office just called and now they want a freakin chest xray. The nurse didn't know why. Just that the doc ordered it yesterday.

Here's to hoping all results come back negative (or clear, free of disease, however you wish to say it), for whatever the Doc is looking for.
