Okay, but what kind of hardware is this running on? I couldn't find it anywhere and I didn't listen to the video, I only watched it.
 
so what if it's old or a repost, do people feel "big and bad" because they saw something before someone else ?

yes it is old, but it's awesome and deserves a fresh thread.
 
This is getting much publicity since it is so well done and only 3 people making it (one programmer and 2 artists). There is an artical in the newest CGM.
