Working on an inner ear infection, perhaps?

I feel like crap, myself. Woke up w/a sore throat and have no energy...feel a bit woozy...stuffy nose.

I've been a bit congested, but I didn't think it would suddenly jump out of nowhere to the ear. I guess that's a possibility.
