I don't claim progressives go apeshit over Clarence Thomas because of his skin color rather than his politics, so you should grant the same benefit of the doubt to Obama detractors unless what they say or do provides direct evidence to believe otherwise.

Also, America already allowed for one affirmative action hire of an obviously under-qualified applicant for the job of President back in 2008; now after 4 years of his under-performance do you now propose we hold him to a lower standard than a white President would be held to?

It's fine to call out specific instances you've seen of actual racism; but it's not appropriate to generalize that's the reason why all (or even most) "rich, white landowners" or anyone else opposes Obama. People are*gasp* actually able to disagree with black people without it being due to prejudice, whether or politics or anything else. Same as Democrats can oppose Romney for his policies or believe that he's not the right person for the job without having to be assumed it's because they hate Mormons.
