And that's why the surgeons tell you to stay away from food 24 hrs prior to surgery. This dumbass must've had a giant steak burrito w/ refried beans and the works just before the surgery. Self pwnage.

Um, it is quite possible to have gas even from NOT eating food.
 
Probably fake, though I can't find anything on snopes. I've never heard of surgery requiring the use of alcohol.
 
no way. it takes a highly concentrated amount of fumes (almost vapor-like atmosphere), i mean super concentrated within that space of air for fart to ignite. It had to have no dissipated quickly, and must've been super potent and had a lot of gas.

i've had friends ignite their farts through genes and leave a burn mark on their jeans.
so it must not be hard if you have the right strength of fart, let alone it being straight from the tap lmao
