yeah, so I'm on my way to court...appearantly I am have to pay childsupport for my son...we'lll talk to you later...wish me luck

Things wrong with this person having called me to make me privy of said information:

1) he was my dad
2) he was calling to let me know that the woman he slept with when he was blowing the $90k that I helped him make was taking him to court so that he would have to pa child support on the illegitimate child they had....'

I still remember that night in colelge..when he called me (he had dissappeared with the money and nobody knew where he was) to tell me that he was alright, and if I wanted to say "hi!" to my little baby brother

hot damn:|

That's pretty crazy, so your dad just walked out of your life taking money that belonged to both of you, then called to tell you he's got a new kid and then that he's going to court?

not exacctly.....but for the msot part yes.

He had property that was about to be forclosed and promised me half if I could sell it. In the end we sold it and made $90k CASH. He was supposed to give me $45k and did not.

And then he dissapeared..this was a while ago.....

Sorry to hear that, man. Sad the day that you realize that for most of your life, including childhood, you've been more mature than your father, eh? :(

If you don't my suggestion, try to be in your 1/2 brother's life. At least then he'll have someone mature to look up to, ya know? :)

that's not even a remote option. he had dissappeared to arizona.....

The thing is maturity never helped me, and in fact, hindered me.

Everythign was to be looked at in a "mature" fashion and risks were not taken...

The older I get, the more chilish and playful I get...:D

Hence the "OMG" and "WTF" threads:D

Goose sorry to hear about your dad. My mom has a dad who verbally and abused his family then disappeared, leaving his wife with 4 kids to fend for herself. He is now dying from a spider bite he got on the underside of his blubberous stomach and never noticed, apparently its caused some kind of problem with his heart. All this time he tries to sue companies for cash. I have only seen him once my entire life and could care less for him.

I'm still waiting for the return of the HD threads. :D

That said, it sucks that your Dad did all that. It seems like you turned out okay, so  to you.
