Server Error
The server encountered a temporary error and could not complete your request.

Please try again in 30 seconds.

While accessing GMail, plus another one earlier that I forgot to Copy&Paste.

In any case, it's back up again, within seconds of writing this. But it was fun while it lasted.

Why does Google have so many server errors?

it has never been down for me and either way, Gmail is still technically beta so that gives them an excuse.

You should try dealing with their AdWords system. It has hiccups all the time which can be extremely frustrating when there's money on the line.

The only Google service that ever returns server errors is their social-networking site, Orkut.

"Bad Server. No Donut for You." I hate that page. But hit F5 and life returns to normal and the universe doesn't implode after caving in to its internal pressure.

Just went to post that Gmail is really slow is or down for me. Searched to make sure, and hey, there it is. I'm not the only one with the problem.

Gmail may not be down. But it's extremely slow and/or won't load pages at all.
