Damn i've ate 2 bagels at work in about 3 min....i just can't stay away from FRESHLY baked bagels none of that supermarket crap here. I think i'm gonna go for a 3rd pretty soon....can't resisit that tough outside with all the flavoring while the inside is soft, moist, chewy and doughy. If you ever had a starbucks bagles ot BLOWS! I love you bagels!

NYC bagels are JESUS. End of story. If it's not an NYC bagel, it isn't good...enough.
 
i just had a bagel breakfast sandwich. toasted bagel, egg, ham, and cheese. mmmmmmmmmm that was good.
 
If you have Panera Bread or St.Louis Bread Company (they're actually the same place) get yourself some cinnamon crunch bagels. I have yet to eat a finer bagel. Those things are awesome!
 
I'm not a big fan of bagels.. but I've been eating bagels a lot lately. Why?

Because I've just recently found Jalapeno bagels.. and they totally kick ass, especially with a good vegetable spread.
 
I'll chime in with reference to Montreal bagels, Fairmont Bakery being the pinnacle of bagel excellence. I can image "Noo Yawker" bagels
transend the ordinary as well, do to similar heritage.
