BTW: AT&T does not charge tax for their internet service, so like i fucking said u dumb bitch, $19.95 a month for 12 months thats it, thats all and no more other charges

Hmm, I had a few mess-ups/mischarges on my U-Verse bill, but each time the reps apologized profusely and they ended up giving me a month for free after correcting everything else. I'm down with AT&T! (But maybe they're just devoting all of their customer service to U-Verse and it'll decline once the service loses its luster; who knows?)
