Im on the gulf coast, but thats what storms in florida usually look like 🙂

Yeah, we've been having some ridiculous thunderstorms for the last week or so. It's not really THAT unusual for FL...

Why the heck are you using IE when you have Firefox installed?

Oh, & yeah, nice storm :Q

Yeah, that's semi-normal here.

Actually, it rained for almost 4 days straight and today was the first sunny day since Friday. Now THAT sucked!

Storms spark fire, flooding, airport delays throughout S. Florida

Summary: Tue 7/20, 1 house on fire due to lightning, 3" of rain some places, 65mph somewhere else.

We are alive and well, nobody remembers this storm.

Drudge is in Miami Beach, he gets a little carried away sometimes. The picture makes it look worse than it was.

Relax, it's nice and warm, come down & spend some money,
the beaches are babelievable, the water babelicious 😉

😎

I'm about an hour north. Don't even think it rained at all today. It's weird here...It can be pouring in one area and 5 minutes away it's sunny as could be.

That storm was just following the arrival of Shaq to Miami. There was so much hoopla and what not that all that hot air upset the weather patterns of Miami and surrounding area.
