yes very cool news indeed. everyone is complaining saying how the series is washed out and not a horror game like they used to be. if you read both stories capcom stated they are intent on reviving the games with the horror matched, if not surpassing the original. these wont be simple rehashes and will offer the original thrill throughout the series.

I don't know what it is man. I would have thought the XBox would have had the most amazing graphics, but the Gamecube continues to stun me everytime. I don't know why everything looks SOOOO good on that system. Well, expect the outside, although the gray and black models probably will be okay.

Backgrounds are prerendered, it's obvious from watching the movie. Not "all" that impressive IMO.

If you want to be impressed, watch DOA3 videos.

The backgrounds are NOT prerendered damnit! They are realtime 3d.

The whole game is 100% realtime. Anyone saying this game looks like crap is just a fanboy.

whoa, that is impressive (if the background is NOT prerendered).
but graphic never makes a game good, gameplay is (in this case, story maybe)
personally biohazard series has been so so, stagnant.
Hope they can invent something new, otherwise as good as the graphic is, it is just another RE.

For the record the backgrounds are pre-rendered. Nonetheless the game looks amazing and focusing on BS like pre-rendered backgrounds is for fanboys.
