Even on easy, combat is insanely difficult. Try to resolve things as peacefully as possible until you have a large gang, with good weapons.

Its like a city manager but with crime. Not quite as in depth as SimCity, but theres also action sequences.

I picked this up today when I saw it at humble for 7.49. Its pretty fun that is for sure. I only hope that I can find some way to unrestrict the map camera. I want to be able to zoom out more. Good turn based combat, city managing fun.
