Omega drivers 4.5 beta?

The new omega drivers are based on the beta 4.5 cats (I think). Anyways Far Cry runs much smoother with my 9700pro, maybe improved shader performance as has been hinted about original x800 drivers.
They do seem to be buggy on some systems - anyone else notice any improvement with them? I am to lazy to bench. :beer:

yeah, like the new dna ones, the omega's are either fully or partially based on the 4.5 cat beta.

So did you notice a performance increase? Ati seems to say that the next cats will based on these, so maybe we can all look forward to a noticable gain.

maybe they included adaptive trilinear.
