I thought they were always nothing special...I prefer cuts from my grocery meat counter. Beware, once they have your info, theyll never leave you alone....even if you still order their stuff.

this, but is was pretty decent. we did like $6/person and had a bunch of people from work over for a meat party.

It's decent stuff, not great steaks but it's decent to have in the freezer for the price. Their potato balls are the bomb. They like to throw in a lot of fluff to make it seem like a nice deal, but the burgers are crap as are the hotdogs.

costco steaks are great... we recently discovered these jaccards - the meat comes out so tender it's unbelievable.

we regularly cook london broil in the oven (on broil - 500F) for about 8 mins per side. Then slice it to make steak sandwiches... with a few passes of the jaccard prior to cooking, it just falls apart when eating

They are consistently what I would call "B" grade steaks. Not fantastic, but not terrible. They're about as good as an average person could get at a large chain supermarket. If you go to a local market or local butcher, you'll be able to get steaks that will make you wonder why anyone would ever bother with Omaha Steaks though.

They're not worth the price. Yeah, you get some decent cuts of meat, but it's just slightly too expensive for what you're getting. Costco steaks FTW

That and they never leave you alone. I moved and they somehow found out my new address, too :(

too expensive. for example, "todays special" is ribeye at 18$/lb
normal price is 95$ for 4-10oz steaks... which comes out to 28$/lb

omg, for that money, you could get wayyyyyyyy better fresh steak locally. hell, if you want sealed steaks, you could get boneless usda prime at costco for 7.99$

I tried them once, because a co worker raved about them. I also found them to be just ok, but far too costly. The dry ice they come in is cool though.
