Improved dynamic range.
All new 5 axis image stabilization system
9fps, 4.2 with continuous AF
Claims worlds fastest focus of any camera made.
Claimed ISO 12,800 is totally usable (whatever that means)
Control dials!
H.264 MOV files

I don't like the all black though. I like the silver accents shown on Engadget.

Looks nice.

Assuming the EVF is good enough, seems like the best 4/3s concept for an enthusiast to buy, imo, especially with the weathersealing.

$1300 MSRP with the weathersealed 12-50 lens. Definitely not bad if you're a fan of m4/3s or wanting to get into them. Bonus for being able to easily move back and forth with smaller m4/3s MILC bodies without needing lens adapters.
