I believe its the latest 2.1 model from olympus and has a usb interface (earlier model had serial).
I did a side by side comparison with the canon A20 almsot the same specs. the view finder in this camera is larger 1.8

I've been looking for this very camera.
The promo is actually for $50 instant discount over $400, not $200 (the discount for $200 is $25). I think you knew that but mistyped the price.

This is a pretty good price. It's the same as the lowest shipped prices I could find on Pricegrabber.com. Big difference is the other places with this camera for $350-370 are sleazy NY/NJ joints that give you a hard sell on accessories and are mysteriously out of stock if you don't buy any. Photoalley has a pretty good rating on resellerratings.

I think I will buy one to replace my D-460. I love Olympus digicams.

circuit city deal $399 with $40 mail in rebate, not sure about shipping charges and taxes.
the purchase I made was without rebates and free overnight delivery so might be a better deal.
I hate rebates still dont have my prime peripherals rebates.
