I'm watching this USA vs. Swiss curling competition on CNBC, and it seems to be a VERY strange winter sport. It's like a combination of bowling and shuffleboard, with the idea of moving your rocks into the center of the target while knocking the other guy's rocks out of the target. The weirdest thing about it is that people chase the rock with squeege-like devices in an attempt to "steer" the rock as it slides down the ice.

You should check this out. It's by far the strangest sport that I've ever seen.
