Olympic Countdown...

...If it opens on time, and in Greece. I saw something on the news about the olympic committee running out of money and possibly moving the olympics to Sydney.
 
yes i cant wait to be assaulted by more lame human interest stories. the olympics would be better if they didnt expect women to be watching.
 
Apparently they have less than 50% of the tix sold. Security concerns and last minute building is insanely behind schedule.
 
at least they'll have plenty of giro's 😉

I'm pretty apathetic about the olympics. maybe I'll celebrate by throwing some business at the greek restaurant down the block 🙂 (after I catch up on my vaccinations).
 
Someone from Greece (who is an engineer) expressed his doubt about the timely finishing of the Olympic Arena (or Stadium or whatever it is called). It was some three weeks ago, and I haven't had the courage to inquire again about the construction...
