Never heard of this woman before but it sounds like a religious upbringing met a career first mindset. Nothing inherently wrong with it, but I don't have a lot of sympathy when life is about choices and you take the ones that lead to you being a lonely virgin. On the resume of relationships, you've only ever done internships. No real work experience means you're, forgive the metaphor, unskilled labor. You've put this off until it's difficult, then complain it's even harder in a pandemic? No way.
"Saving yourself" is a figment, a sales term for brainwashed people. In reality it means odds are good you come with a lot of repressed sexual baggage, probably see sex as sinful and dirty, and have a libido to match. If you think guys should ignore all those warning signs, then yes, probably time to just invest in a multitude of felines.
'Don't waste time, or time will waste you' seems to apply here. Oversharing on social media also seems counterproductive.
