solutions needed - Pioneer TS-WX710A (remote control) it not active and turns off subwoofer when connected
i have the subwoofer professionally installed and the installer couldnt figure out the problem.
*
the wired remote controller connects directly into the back of the active subwoofer, its independent from everything and has the control fucntion for the gain and the frequency
*
when the remote control is plugged in, the subwoofer does not work...

*
(there are no light/power switches on the sub or the remote)
*
*
however when i unplug the remote control, the subwoofer turns on and it functions.
*
i can't understand why the wired remote would not work? can anyone advise what the problem may be?*
*
fuse? lack of power? anything i need to change?
*
please let me know if you need any additional information, i have to currently adjust the frequency and other aspects of the sub via the headunit (kenwood ddx5025dab)
*
thank you
