There is something unsettling about the pic posted in this OP. Those girls are what, early 20s and have the posture and faces of old ladies. I dunno, might be a bad shot.

The terrible makeup leads me to believe they like that look. Between the surgery, the lack of food and the makeup that highlights the angles and hollow cheeks they must be intentionally going for the whole emaciated war refugee vibe. Otherwise, even with bulimia and bad surgery they'd be using the makeup to soften the contours, not make them more obvious.
