She has an irritating voice but, maybe that's appropriate for Psylocke. As long as she stays on script, I'm fine with it. I only want to slap her when she voices her own thoughts.

I think she's fine. But even though she is cast, that doesn't mean she has a meaningful part. X-Men movies bounce around a lot on who they make important and who is trash.

I'd say look at Kelly Hu as Lady Deathstrike. I don't even remember if she had a line in the movie.

Nope, just an observation that she tends to turn ugly as soon as she opens her mouth. There are vast numbers of actors who should never be allowed to speak without a script. It doesn't mean they're not good actors.
