Oliver, caught your post in the NT Security workaround thread. Appears you know what your talking about so I have a question for you...
Lets assume you need to get into a NT machine. The boot sequence is hard drive first, then floppy. Now, the BIOS is password protected, and you need access. How do you get to a DOS prompt to start trying to break into the machine? I assume the only way is to reset the BIOS so you can get in and change the boot sequence. Is this correct? Now, just for the sake of argument, lets assume that there is no physical way to get into the box to reset then BIOS. Then what? How do you force the computer to get to a DOS prompt.
I dont have this problem, so if there isno solution, so be it. But, I was just trying to think of an unhackable, uncrackable box. Since we all know that thats nearly impossible, I thought I would get your opinion on the matter since you seem to have a good grasp on this sorta stuff.
Thanks!!
