Hmm.. hopefully they can get things in order. They're certainly one of the best bang-for-your-buck TV makers out there right now.

Yea, they've gotten good reviews and CC had a 47" for $1200 for awhile. Went with Phillips instead,
It would suck to have a set that got orphaned and need a key part 2-3 yrs. down the road..

Wow thats not good news at all ... I own a 532H that I'm very happy with (and only paid $459 for) and now I'm very glad I went with the more expensive Toshiba's for my other two LCD HDTV's.

Might just be time to spend $75 on a 5 year extended warranty just in case they do go belly-up!

I would ensure that the warranty you buy covers the value of the set if a
replacement part cannot be found to repair it..

Yeah it does ... if the set can't be repaired during the warranty period they will either replace it with a similar model or refund the purchase price.
