This is a great set from all the reviews I've seen at avsforum. But prices have been falling like a rock, it was around $1400 shipped a month ago.

Thank you for posting this, I needed an HDTV LCD for the upcoming PS3 and this is the one I ordered. Almost got an HP 42" Plasma that is on sale at Best Buy for $1,300 with stand, but the 'burn-in' reports from the AVS Forum on plasmas persuaded me to go LCD instead.

Olevia used to use S-IPS panels, but I think their new screens use MVA panels now. I'm trying to find a link to this info...

The Nerds only tax in FL so this is a good alternative for us in CA. ZZF would be an extra 100.62 in tax for me.
