I had a quick question, i guess this is a known problem but when I first turn on my tv sometimes the back light doesn't turn on, so I have to turn it off and turn it on and it works,. But is there a firmware upgrade for this tv, since I can't find any firmware to download from

If there was an upgrade available how would you flash it?

It has a USB connection.

OP, mine had the same problem and all I had to do to fix it was turn the switch off in the back for a while and turn it back on. The problem went away.
