I'm getting an error when trying to sync my Palm with Outllook: "ole error... Outlook has generated errors and will be closed... please restart". Then pocket mirror says "can't communicate with Oulook's Ole".
The help files at Palm say that this happens when your offline files are not in sync with your online files on an exchange server... but I'm not using Exchange server and it is not enabled. I've tried disabling virus software to see if script blocking is doing it but that isn't it.
I have it working on another computer with no trouble. Both running Win 2K and Outlook 2000. This is a big problem for me as it is the way I keep both computers in sync with one another.
Any help would be GREATLY appreciated!!

By the way, this happens even if I turn off mail sync. The error occurs at the very beginning of the process when the sync program tries to start Outlook in the background, not during any sync process. Also, Oulook seems to work fine other than this.
