You've discussed a $20 adapter to get Tualatins to operate on older PIII mother boards...
Here is what I'd like to do: My folks have an old PII 400 Dell system they'd like a speed boost on. I have my old trusty ASUS P3V4X slot one mobo sitting on a shelf with a PIII550 on an MSI slotket adapter. I'd like to drop a 1.3 or 1.4 Tualy on to that mobo, but I'd have to have two adapters on it... one for the socket 370 slotket adapter and the other for the "power leap" type adapter. What do you think, will the thing run stable with two adapters on it?
