Older than Legacy???

This guy just came in here and said this card he had was "older than Legacy".

Umm.. If it's older than Legacy, it's Legacy.

It's not like he was trying to be funny like when you say "older than dirt".

I don't care if it's a Hard Card or an EISA NIC. If it's old, it's Legacy. A Legacy card means it pre-dates Plug and Play or in some cases "discontinued" (see Diamonds "Support for Legacy devices" page. It has AGP cards for God's sake).

Why do little things like this bug me?

I'm going to have to take some more meds.

WOW! PCjr. I remember those. They had Chiclet keys that are unforgettable! Brings back memories.

AMD Junkie: PS/1? Not old enough. j/k But, you know "Hops", right? They're STILL using PS/1s there. They bought them from CompUSA when I used to work there in 94. :Q
