Older than Legacy???

This guy just came in here and said this card he had was &quot;older than Legacy&quot;.

Umm.. If it's older than Legacy, it's Legacy.

It's not like he was trying to be funny like when you say &quot;older than dirt&quot;.

I don't care if it's a Hard Card or an EISA NIC. If it's old, it's Legacy. A Legacy card means it pre-dates Plug and Play or in some cases &quot;discontinued&quot; (see Diamonds &quot;Support for Legacy devices&quot; page. It has AGP cards for God's sake).

Why do little things like this bug me?

I'm going to have to take some more meds.
