I have 2 motherboards that fit some AMD Athlon 64 CPU's I have (3 of them). One of them doesn't seem to work. The same PSU was used with both boards. Both systems were breadboarded (motherboard, CPU & HSF, case speaker, and PSU) to test if working.
The non working motherboard has a newer graphics card slot and I have a spare graphics card to use, which is why I would like to get it to work.
Specs:
Non working mobo: K8N-Neo4-F
CPU's AMD Athlon 64 3200+ (3 of them)

Questions
- Is the non working motherboard salvageable?
- Should I put a new CPU in? I have 3 AMD Athlon 64 CPUs to try.
- Does changing out the 2032 batteries for bios help at all?
- I used a different CPU in each, should I try the CPU in the working system in the K8N-Neo4-F ?
