My sister just graduated from a university majoring in HTM (Hi-Tech Management). I guess this is prolly the IT department. Any recomendations to where she would look for jobs?

Good old job fairs, campus recuriting drives...etc usually better for new graduates, I think school has the most resources for new grads. Other than that, people I know usually goes to where he/she wanna get the job, like San Jose is hot, and do the usual job search (internet, newspaper), its easier to get interview that way. With tech degree, shouldn't be too difficult to get a job.

Well, her university has a thing where companies look at the graduates from that school only. But Maybe, I can find some outside jobs as well.

LOB: Ok ok, maybe shes hot (Shes my sister for crying out loud!!!) but she has a BF already . Oh yea, San Diego Area!
